Olivia Hodge joined IP Partnership as a Solicitor in 2026. She graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted as a Solicitor in April 2026.

Olivia also has a strong insurance background and has work for not for profits across different industry sectors where she spent time developing her leadership, client advocacy, dispute resolution, and people management skills. Her extensive practical insurance background and academic excellence give her a well-rounded, pragmatic and empathic approach to her legal practice.

Olivia is committed to providing clear, strategic advice that is not only efficient and cost effective but also gives clients an understanding of their legal position and the options available to them in resolve disputes. Legal disputes can be stressful and Olivia works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball and golf, being out in nature, exploring new cafes and restaurants, and travelling whenever she gets the opportunity.
