Sam studied his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Training (PLT) at Bond University where he also achieved specialist certificates in Intellectual Property and Information, Technology and E-Commerce. Sam has continued to support Bond University by providing pro-bono legal advice to the local community through the Bond Law Clinic.

Sam sits on the Board, as Secretary, for the Southport Chamber of Commerce.
Chloe completed her Bachelor of Laws with honours and her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University, was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2014 and has gained experience in a wide range of property and commercial matters in a large, busy Gold Coast law firm.
Since joining IP Partnership Chloe is focusing her skills on intellectual property matters, franchise matters and business transactions. As a solicitor, Chloe prides herself on her friendly, practical and no nonsense approach to legal advice.
Outside of law Chloe enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her husband, two young sons and two dogs.
Molly graduated Law at Bond University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and a Bachelor of Communications, completed her post graduate PLT training at our firm and was admitted as a solicitor in April this year.
Molly shares our focus on Intellectual Property law with a special interest in entertainment law - a great addition to the IP Partnership team. Outside of law, Molly enjoys getting outdoors hiking with family and friends, and exploring all the restaurants and cafes that the Gold Coast has to offer.
Ania Salehirad completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA), Juris Doctor (JD), and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) at Bond University. Ania undertook her practical legal training work experience with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a solicitor in April of 2019.
As a Canadian native who now calls Gold Coast home, Ania is passionate about driving innovation and growth that is unique to Gold Coast's identity. She is currently serving as the Secretary of the Young Professionals of the Gold Coast which city's leading advocacy group connecting driven professionals to industry leaders and policy shapers. On the weekend Ania enjoys exploring the Gold Coast's beaches, and buzzing food scene.
