Chloe completed her Bachelor of Laws with honours and her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2014.
Chloe has been trained in commercial law and brings to the practice a strong skill set and a commitment to achieving practical and commercial results for clients. Chloe acts in franchise matters and general commercial matters such as the purchase or sale of a Business, Intellectual Property management (including Trade Mark applications, Trade Mark disputes and Trade Mark surveillance), Intellectual Property Licensing, PPSR matters, commercial leasing, business structuring (including preparation or advice on Shareholder Agreement, Share Sale Agreements and Trusts) and the preparation of bespoke contracts.
As a solicitor, Chloe prides herself on her friendly, pragmatic and no nonsense approach to legal advice. Chloe is passionate about her job and finds great satisfaction in assisting her clients in their business ventures. Chloe also volunteers at the Bond Law Clinic providing pro bono legal advice to small local businesses.
Outside of law Chloe enjoys staying active and spending time with her friends and family, especially her husband, two young sons and two dogs. Chloe also enjoys exploring the vibrant food and beverage scene that the Gold Coast has to offer.
