1. IP Partnership

IP Partnership owns all Intellectual Property in www.ippartnership.com.au (Website) and these Terms and Conditions apply to your (the User) use of the Website.

By using the Website the User acknowledges that it agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The User warrants that its use of the Website complies will all applicable State and Federal laws and unreservedly indemnifies IP Partnership from any breach of any applicable laws.

The User acknowledge that IP Partnership may vary these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by that variation from that time when that variation is advised.
