Ivan was admitted as a solicitor in New Zealand in 1965 and has practised at partnership level since that time in New Zealand, Hong Kong and on the Gold Coast since August 1980.
Ivan began specialising in franchising, licensing and intellectual property in 1988 and has subsequently advised hundreds of Franchisors.
Peter was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 2009, following his move to Australia and has specialised in franchising and intellectual property since that time.
Peter is a member of the Queensland Law Society (QLS) Franchising Committee and is involved in educating QLD Members in relation to franchising as well as liaising with both the State and Federal governments regarding legislation which is directly or indirectly related to franchising.
Sam was admitted as a solicitor of the Queensland Supreme Court in 2013 after he was awarded a Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Training (PLT) from Bond University where he also achieved specialist certificates in Intellectual Property and Information, Technology and E-Commerce.
Sam sits on the board of advisors for the Office of Franchise Mediation Advisory (OFMA) Board and has attended numerous Mediations representing both Franchisor and Franchisee Clients.
